As an experienced and ‘on the ground’ Investment Manager, we were able to quickly identify key target areas to reposition the asset to both retain and attract new tenants to the building. We are undertaking this by collaborating with highly regarded architect WMK, together with our partners facilitating a large capital injection into the asset to revitalise and bring the building back to life.

 

Key focus areas are the ground floor lobby and streetscape, completely striping and replacing the façade cladding and activating the unused rooftop terrace area for the use of both tenants and the general public adding to the rich amenity already present in the area.
