Our strategy was to identify and negotiate an undervalued asset in an emerging precinct off-market. We have developed a place-making strategy in unison with our client for the precinct to create a modern contemporary address.
Collaborating with Top Tier Architect, Cox, we have recently achieved a DA to redevelop the asset into an aspirational A Grade Tower with highly efficient campus style floor plates of 3,500 – 3,700 sqm together with exclusive terraces, premium lifestyle centre and high quality F&B and retail amenity. The building will be available for occupancy in Q1 2022.
